With over a decade of construction experience, Rangel is the technical backbone of our Common Goal Contracting. His knowledge spans multiple trades, and his passion for building extends beyond job sites—he’s currently constructing a school in his hometown in Brazil to help others enter the trades and build better futures.
He believes that construction should be an open door, not a closed one, and his dedication to teaching and mentorship reflects that. His craftsmanship, leadership, and commitment to community set the foundation for everything we do.
Marisa Shea
Owner
Before stepping into the construction world, Marisa spent years as a public school teacher, developing strong skills in communication, management, and problem-solving. Although always interested in construction, it was Rangel who encouraged her to take the leap into the industry. Now, she combines hands-on construction work with the strategic side of the business—overseeing marketing, client relations, and operations.
Her background in education gives her a unique ability to approach challenges with clarity and adaptability, ensuring the company remains organized, efficient, and deeply connected to its clients.
